Sample Submission Form.

You'll need to submit the form either online or have a copy
printed out and shipped with the samples.

Collect Samples

Collect a minimum of 4oz in a sealed jar, bottle, or can. If your sample is not packaged in glass or aluminum, degassing prior to shipping will ensure its safe arrival. Reused water bottles, mason jars, and Nalgenes are some of the most common containers. IF using Falcon Tubes, be sure to fill 3x per sample. You can also order approved Sample Containers from BrewLab!

Label Samples

Label your samples well, indicating the Sample Name to match on the Sample Submission Form. The Sample Name will be used on your Results. You can include information such as: Label, Date Brewed, Style, Batch Number, Tank Identification, Transfer Date, Barrel Number, etc.

Micro Samples

All micro samples must be packaged in an unopened bottle or can. Ideally overnight shipped cushioned with ice packs. Turn around time: 5 Days.

Cold Ship

For VDK Analysis, Microbiological Analysis, Kombucha Samples, and heavily fruited beverages, Samples must be shipped overnight with ice packs.

Sample Volumes

All Samples need a minimum of 4oz. VDK and FCR require a full 12oz+ per sample. If included with additional testing, please provide 2x the sample volume.

Please note that shipping alcohol without notifying your carrier can results in fines.
